One of my favorite things about Microsoft Outlook is that you can send a meeting request to someone which automatically adds the event to their calendar. It's a simple nicety that makes it easier for the recipient to schedule you into their day without having to jump to their calendar to check availability.
Our own Chad Horenfeldt has written up a tip sheet for how to create these calendar files to add to your mass emails like Webcast invitations, group meetings, and the like, to allow those you invite to easily add your event into their calendar.
At our last Webcast, I heard from a number of people that they appreciated this addition to the confirmation email and web page.
