The podcast featuring Jill Konrath was terrific! I recently purchased Jill's book, and it has radically changed the philosophical foundation regarding the way I conduct my business (I am an insurance broker and recently started my own practice of selling health insurance to large companies.) I have thrown out the marketing plan developed to start my practic and am now developing my "value propositions", which requires more work than one would think. I really believe Jill has her "finger on the pulse" of what is happening in large companies. We are lucky to have such a talented person who is willing to share her wisdom with us.
